Dovals Quality and Performance Policy
Statement
The responsibility for achieving Quality and
for adhering to the Quality System rests with every individual in
the organisation. The system is based on each individual being aware
and fully understanding the task before him, carrying out the work
in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring that the work produced
meets all requirements and expectations of all concerned. The Company's
aim is to maintain the confidence and satisfaction of our clients
through the professional and timely completion of the work entrusted
to us.
It is the policy of the Company to establish
and maintain an effective and efficient Quality System, planned
and developed in conjunction with all management functions, which
ensures a timely and cost effective service.
The Quality Manual outlines the system which
assures that the quality requirements of both the Company and its
clients are identified and that uniform control of these requirements
is consistently and adequately maintained. It defines how effective
control is established through the use of written procedures, and
includes provision for the prompt detection and rectification of
system defects.
Traditionally the focus of Doval's efforts
has been the construction of a project or projects. The original
Quality Manual of November 1991 Doval Constructions quality system
was designed to satisfy the requirements of AS2990-1987 Category
B.
The revision of the quality system in April
1993 and subsequent revisions aimed to meet the requirements of
AS3902 "Quality systems for production and installation".
The revision of the quality system of June 1995 reflects further
experience in operation of the system and also the change to AS9002/1994.
The revision of the quality system of December
2003 reflects further the Company’s continual commitment to
improvement and the change to AS 9001:2000.
